ORANGE COUNTY, Florida – The Orange County Sheriff’s Office released surveillance video Monday afternoon of a man they say exposed himself at least three times at a house in the Pine neighborhood Hills.
Video recorded in December shows a man masturbating while watching someone in a house in Astoria Place near Balboa Drive.
Investigators said the man allegedly looked out the same window in the same house two weeks later.

On July 12, the man entered a house on the same street, masturbated and grabbed a victim, who was able to escape and call 911, MPs said.
“Detectives scoured the area and, in the process, discovered more break-in attempts by the same suspected suspect as area residents reviewed their CCTV,†the sheriff’s office said.

Detectives said they fear the man has “progressed in his shamelessness” and are asking anyone living in the area to report any suspicious activity “no matter how insignificant” to Crimeline at 407-423-8477 .
The man is believed to be between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs around 140 pounds.

Anyone who spots him is asked to call 911.
A reward for information leading to his arrest has been increased to $ 2,500.
