The Welcome To Massachusetts sign is the best sign in the world

Whether you call it home or are just visiting, seeing a welcome sign to Massachusetts may very well be the best sight in the world. After all, this state has so much to offer in terms of scenery, attractions, history, restaurants, resorts…the list goes on! How does it feel when you cross the Massachusetts border? We hope you will feel welcome.

Those of us who grew up in Massachusetts or lived there for a while certainly carry great pride in the state. That’s why when we leave the state and come back, the mere sight of a “Welcome to Massachusetts” sign means we’re coming home.
We are fortunate to live in a state that has such easy access to other states, especially those bordering it. But when you leave to visit Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont or New Hampshire, coming back to Massachusetts is a wonderful feeling.

There are many aspects of the Bay State that make it so special. Whether it’s beaches or mountains, cities or small towns, museums or sports, we have it all.
Then, of course, there is the culinary scene. There’s certainly no shortage of delicious restaurants, from fresh seafood to just about anything you could possibly want.
Just knowing that we have some of the best sports teams in the country is reason enough to feel a lot of pride in our state.
In the summer, however, a “Welcome to Cape Cod” sign is an exciting thing to see. That’s when you know that relaxing days on the beach during your summer vacation are just moments away.
