Controversial Republicans have held America First rallies across the country since May, both of which have been hit by numerous scandals, even driving some of their colleagues away.

Gates, a close ally of former President Donald Trump, is under investigation by the Justice Department to see if he paid to have sex with a 17-year-old girl.

The age of consent in Florida is 18, and sex with minors is legal rape. However, the state has so-called Romeo and Juliet laws that allow minors aged 16 or 17 to have sex with people up to the age of 23. Gates is 39 years old.

Gates has not been criminally charged by federal prosecutors and has consistently denied having sex with an underage girl or transporting her across state lines.

His so-called Wingman pleaded guilty to including the sex trafficking of minors in a contract to work with a prosecutor, which could cause trouble for Republicans.

Joel Greenberg, a former tax collector in Seminole County, Florida, is at the center of a federal investigation into whether Gates trafficked minors for sexual purposes.

Greenberg was arrested last year and soon began talking to the federal government about Gates and how they were “sex trafficking” and trading with themselves.

Earlier this year, federal prosecutors recently withdrew 27 charges against Greenberg in exchange for Greenberg’s cooperation and testimony.

Green, 47, has been accused of comparing the vaccination card with a badge worn by the Nazis on Jews during the Holocaust.

Green was also removed from his post after revealing that social media posts expressed support for conspiracy theories and violence against Democratic leaders in the wake of the deadly parliamentary riots.

Gates and Green both face close scrutiny for spreading false allegations of widespread fraudulent voting in their efforts to challenge the 2020 presidential election result.
